This ticket is for Retreat Admission. It includes all sessions and breakouts, and some adventure breakouts, most meals & lodging, because we wanted to make this experience as excellent as possible.
I, the undersigned Participant, together with my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Shine Digital Marketing, FelizPreneur LLC, Susa Retreats, and/or their respective past and present employees, representatives, agents, officers, directors, affiliates, members, successors, assigns, and volunteers, as well as the Conference’s volunteers and sponsors (the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any and every kind and character which they had, have, or may have in the future, including but not limited to all injuries, damages, or losses, uncomfortable situations which arise from or as a result of the Participant’s attendance at the Leadership Camp or participation in any associated activities.
The undersigned hereby further agrees to indemnify and to hold harmless the said Released Parties, of and from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, rights of action, loss, damage, including attorney’s fees and costs, which arise from or as a result of the Participant’s attendance at the Retreat or participation in any associated activities.
I understand and agree that all fees paid towards this Retreat registration are non-refundable and are only transferrable up to the exact amount paid for this ticket to any other Susa event within the next year, including but not limited to, this payment paid through Paypal, any payments made in full or part through PayPal, check, credit card or automatic draft that goes toward my full registration for the Susa Retreat.
I give permission for my photos to be used by the Susa Retreats, including but not limited to online and print advertising.
