A first place winner is the first name drawn having met all requirements for entry and availability in these rules; Two first place winners will receive free entry into the Blog Like a Pro Online Class, a $99 value. Second place winners shall be the next names drawn. Two second place winners will receive a 50% discount off registration for the Blog Like a Pro Online Class, a value of $49.50.

Winners will be announced on https://www.facebook.com/ComoHowToBlog. All giveaway winners will receive notice via email provided by April 24, 2015. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes is permitted.

1. Eligibility: Giveaway open to participants at least 18 years of age. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Winners will be randomly drawn via computer program. Product purchases or other interactions with Como Blog will not increase your chances of winning. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. Participation: To enter the giveaway, you must complete & submit the form provided above. Your entry must be received during the dates of the giveaway period to be qualified for selection, and the URL’s must be valid URL’s. We will be checking!
3. Giveaway Dates: Giveaway begins April 12, 2015 12:01 a.m. EST and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on April 23, 2015. Winners will be announced during 1:00 p.m. EST and 4:00 p.m. EST on April 24, 2015.

7. Incomplete or Multiple Entries: You may enter multiple URLS during the giveaway period. Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win.
8. Cumulative Prizes: Over the life of the Giveaway $297 in Blog Like a Pro course credits will be given away.
9. Entries Not Received: We can’t be responsible for any computer, online, or technical malfunctions that prevent or postpone your entry’s receipt. Your entry will become our property once we receive it, and it will not be returned in any format. Your odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received that week. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.
10. Taxes: All taxes on prizes are included in the Giveaway.
11. Entrant’s Agreement: By entering, you agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions we make regarding this Giveaway, which are final and binding on all matters. If you do not agree to that, please do not enter.
12. Entrant’s Release: By entering, you agree in advance to release and hold harmless Como Blog and our subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from, or in connection with, this Giveaway or any prize.

Necessary Permission: Unless otherwise stated herein or prohibited by law, any Entrant who is selected as a first or second place winner will be contacted by email provided in the entry form by Como Blog team members. By entering, you grant us the right to use and publish your name, city and state of residence online, in print, email, and any other media in connection with this year’s Giveaway. You also grant us the right to use your name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this year’s giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14. Termination of Giveaway: Should this sweepstakes be terminated prior to the end of the Entry Period, which we may do at our sole discretion, a notice will be posted on https://www.facebook.com/ComoHowToBlog.
15. Jurisdiction: North Carolina law applies to this Giveaway. Void where prohibited for any reason. All disputes resulting in legal action shall be resolved in the courts of Cherokee County, North Carolina and Entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. Should Como Blog find it necessary to seek legal assistance to enforce its rights, its damages, if any, shall include its reasonable legal expenses and fees.
