Connecting the Dots #1

Sometimes you are very close to something it begins to be blurred. You have to back up a bit, get some space between you, in order to focus. You may even have to get outside help to see the big picture. When you step back from what you’re working on you can often connect the dots better.

I am starting something new at Como Blog to help you connect the dots. I plan to be answering your blogging and business questions by way of short video clips as well as blog posts. Take a minute to watch, then please, leave your questions below, or share them here!

    Hi Katie
I couldn’t choose between the 3 options because I like them all equally. I watch videos when I am ironing or have them or an audio going while I am cleaning & sometimes while I am cooking. Of course being a busy Mum means there are times when I can’t commit to a full audio or video podcast. That’s why I like reading posts - because I can read it in spits & spurts here & there when I find time. I guess there is a time for everything….

I personally do better with print than video. I only watch videos when I think they’re going to be fabulous or if they’re tutorials. Otherwise, I am a very fast reader, and that works best for me.

I have limited bandwidth in our very rural area with my satellite internet connection, so I’m extremely selective about what videos I watch. I much prefer text, with the option to view if I choose.
if it’s chit-chat type stuff, I’d rather read at my leisure, and save my download for helpful tutorials
